Our unique property is like no other. Each of our rooms has its own tropical identity fit for your vacation needs. Accessible via private entrance, every room has its own bathroom, coffee station with mini refrigerator and microwave, adjustable A/C unit, cable TV, iron & ironing board, and hairdryer. Pack n Plays for our smallest guests are available upon request at booking.

#1A The Hibiscus Room is located on the lower level of our main building (Building One) and overlooks our pool spa area. This room features one King bed.

#5 The Duval View Suite is a corner room, which is located on the upper level of the main building (Building One) and overlooks Duval and South Streets. This room features one king bed in a private bedroom, a sleeper sofa in the living room, a full kitchen and dining area, and a porch with seating as well as a swing with a partial view of the Atlantic Ocean.

The Point View Suite
#6 The Point View Suite is a corner room, which is located on the upper level of the main building (Building One). This room features one king bed and a sleeper sofa as well as a full kitchen and a wrap-around private porch with a partial view of the Atlantic Ocean and the Southernmost Point Buoy.

The Treetop Jr. Suite
#7 The Treetop Jr. Suite is located on the upper level of our Treetop Building (Building Two). This room features one king bed, a private bathroom, vaulted ceilings, a private porch and plenty of privacy as it is the only room in this building.

The Petite Sugar Apple Queen Room
#8 The Petite Sugar Apple room is our most economical room. It is located at the rear of the property (Building Four). Although smaller than our other rooms, it has all of the same amenities including a queen bed and private bathroom with a shower. This room is ideal for those on a budget or for our single travelers.

Rates
- Rates vary depending on room size, location, and dates of stay.
- Rates are based on double occupancy and are subject to change on weekends, holidays, and special events.
Terms
- Check-In: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
- Check-Out: 11:00 AM
- Office Hours: The office closes promptly at 7:00 PM. For late check-in information, please call our front desk: 305-294-0715
- Petite Spa Pool & Lounge Area Hours: Dawn to Dusk
- Parking: Complimentary on-site parking is provided, one vehicle per room. Additionally, one scooter per room is permitted & must be parked closely behind the primary vehicle.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to arrival (excluding holidays and special events).
- Reservations canceled within 7 days of arrival will incur a one-night charge.
- A 3-night minimum stay is required during holidays and special events.
- A 2-night minimum stay is required on weekends.
- Pack 'n Play available upon request
Pet Policy
For the comfort and safety of all guests, pets are not permitted on the property. Any unauthorized animals will incur a fee of $300 per pet, per day. Guests traveling with registered service animals are kindly asked to inform the front desk upon check-in and complete our Service Animal Guest Registration form.
Additional Information & Policies
- Rooms and rates are double occupancy unless otherwise stated.
- The room rates include complimentary breakfast each morning. Breakfast served in our lobby and begins at 8AM and ends at 10AM. Please enjoy your meal in our garden seating areas.
- One complimentary drink voucher per guest, per day included. Guests under 21 years of age may receive a non-alcoholic beverage voucher.
- Free parking in our private parking lot (one vehicle per room).
- Rooms and porches are all non-smoking; smoking is permitted outside in the garden in our designated smoking area.
- Full name, address, and valid credit card required to make a reservation.
- Upon checking in, please present your driver's license or passport and a valid credit card.
- Special deposit policies apply for Fantasy Fest, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day & New Year's Eve.
- Standard cancellation policy is seven days prior to arrival.
- We accept Visa, Master Card, and Discover.
