Cancellation Policy
  • Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to arrival (excluding holidays and special events).
  • Reservations canceled within 7 days of arrival will incur a one-night charge.
  • A 3-night minimum stay is required during holidays and special events.
  • A 2-night minimum stay is required on weekends.
Smoking Policy

Smoking is not permitted anywhere in guest rooms. A $500 fee will be charged for violations. See property map for approved smoking areas.

Pet Policy

Pets are not permitted on the property. Unauthorized animals will incur a fee of $300 per pet, per day.

Registered Service Animals

Guests traveling with registered service animals are kindly requested to notify the front desk at check-in and complete a Service Animal Guest Registration form.

Special Events

Fantasy Fest 2026

Dates: October 16th – October 25th

  • Reservations for Fantasy Fest must be cancelled by September 30, 2026.
  • The credit card on file will be charged for the first night on October 1, 2026.
  • No refunds will be given for reservations cancelled after September 30th.

Christmas Eve, Christmas Day & New Year's Eve

Dates: December 24th through January 1st

  • Reservations for these dates must be cancelled by November 30, 2026.
  • The credit card on file will be charged for the first night on December 1, 2026.
  • No refunds will be given for reservations cancelled after November 30th.
